Webster A. Redinger

July 12, 1944 - November 18, 2021 (Age 77)

Webster A. Redinger, Sr., 77, of Raystown Road, Everett, PA; passed away on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital. He was born on July 12, 1944 in Chaneysville, PA; a son of the late Grover A. and Lorena “Pete” M. (Ash) Redinger. On November 20, 1987 in Everett, PA; he was united in marriage to Mae R. (Foor) Redinger.

Along with his wife, he is survived by children Webster A. Redinger, Jr., Breezewood, PA; Kristi J. Raugh and significant other Justin “Happy” Baisch, Wormleysburg, PA; Ellen R. married to Michael A. Wagner, Harrisonville, PA; grandchildren Victoria J. Howsare, Rebekah J. Redinger, Scott and Spencer Weaver, Logan T. Wagner and Michael A. Wagner II; great grandchildren Ryatt, Rocket, Bladen, Waylen and Amelia; sister Romona “Nancy” May, Breezewood.

He was preceded in death by a brother Wayne L. Redinger and daughter-in-law Tina A. Weaver.

Mr. Redinger was a graduate of Everett High School Class of 1962.

Web worked at Kennametal for over forty years until retiring. He owned and operated Web’s American Service Station in Everett in the late 1960’s.

He was a member of the Everett American Legion Post No. 08, Everett V.F.W. Post 2088, and a social member of the Chaneysville Volunteer Fire Company. He served as a volunteer for the Raystown Ambulance Service for many years.

Web had a love for bluegrass music; he enjoyed deer hunting, watching racing, and following his family in the sprint car circuit.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel at Akers Funeral Home with Pastor Clifford Swankler officiating..

Friends and Family will be received for a time of visitation on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at the Akers Funeral Home, Inc., 299 Raystown Road, Everett, from 11:00 A.M. until the hour of service.

Burial will be held at Bedford County Memorial Park.

If friends so desire memorial contributions may be made in memory of Web to the Raystown Ambulance Division or the Conemaugh Nursing Agency.
